Returns and Exchanges
New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. If new merchandise is returned within 15-60 days of purchase, there is a 25% restocking charge; after 60 days, goods will not be accepted. No returns are accepted on custom items or clearance items. All returns need to include a copy of original invoice for proper credit or exchanges. Only items purchased from People’s Martial Arts will be accepted for return. Worn or washed items will not be exchanged. All items accepted for returns must include all original instructions and packaging. Footwear must be in original box.
Merchandise should be wrapped securely and returned via U.P.S., R.P.S., or insured parcel post. All merchandise sold as sets must be returned as sets. A credit will be issued by the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. These fees will be charged on customer's credit card or the original method of payment.
